The Red Cross in Norway needs to improve the financial model and ERP Finance Solution to ensure efficient reporting of financial management information. Today, the Red Cross has several different on-premises ERP Finance Systems, which have been developed over time without a holistic approach to architecture governance.
The Red Cross wants to procure:
- Cloud Services: ERP Finance Solution for the core financial processes as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) public cloud solution.
- Implementation partner services: Assistance in relation to designing new system-specific processes, configuration & development, platform & deploy, migration of data, test management and solution architecture (not including system integration services).
- Maintenance & support services: Assistance in relation to monitoring the solution and relevant integrations, responsive error handling and second line support.
The agreement must also include, and be available for, all organizations in the Norwegian Red Cross. Including, but not exclusively, district offices, local associations, subsidiaries, and our regional offices abroad.
