Self-reporting on wages and working conditions.
The contract has terms on wages and working conditions, cf. the contract's point 'wages and working conditions'. This self-reporting is part of the contract follow-up.
Documentation requirement: Complete the self-reporting form that must be sent to the contracting authority within one month of the start-up of the contract period, unless otherwise agreed. It can be required several times during the contract period. All the questions must be answered based on the employees or sub-suppliers that directly contribute, or according to the plan will directly contribute to the fulfilment of the contract.
