Short description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Division of Transport and Society, the Department of Community Development and the Climate, the Section for Overall Planning (henceforth referred to as Contracting Authority) would like, on behalf of the transport enterprises (Avinor AS, Bane NOR SF, the Norwegian Railway Directorate, the Norwegian Coastal Administration, Nye Veier AS and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration) to establish a framework agreement with up to three tenderers in connection with development assignments associated with the CUBE goods model system.
The purpose of the procurement is to procure assistance related to major development assignments on the National Modelling System for Goods Transport.
The estimated value is between NOK 5 – 30 million. The maximum value is NOK 30 million.
