The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for strategic consultancy services within the area of IT. The aim of this procurement is to enter into framework agreements with one to three tenderers (parallel framework agreements) in each of the four sub-areas below, provided that there is a sufficient number of qualified tenderers.
