The contracting authority would like to procure sludge laboratory equipment for sixth form level well engineering training. The equipment that is to be procured is of a special character and so far the contracting authority has only been able to identify Phøenix Trading AS as the sole supplier of the equipment.
The equipment must be able to measure and make filter cakes, mix sludge, and carry out pressure testing against a filter cake.
