Short description
The Agency for Waste Management (REG) needs to replace its core ICT systems related to waste collection, and this will encompass both the logistics required for the physical collection and all relevant aspects related to REG's services to customers. The agency has therefore initiated a concept evaluation (Norwegian: KVU) to identify needs and recommend a concept for new core systems. It is expected that this initiative will lead to one or more system procurements over the next year/years, together with new work processes and restructuring.
The purpose of this Request for information is to gather information about which systems are able to cover all or part of REG's needs for future core systems. We therefore want to receive information from potential suppliers about their capabilities, experience and systems related to core systems for the waste industry.
