As Viken County will be dissolved, there is a need for a general risk and vulnerability analysis that will identify and categorise the risk for each individual county, Buskerud, Akershus, and Østfold. The county will use the analysis to identify needs for implementing risk reducing measures based on the updated risk and threat picture.
