Short description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority), requests tenders for the delivery of
a camera system for automatic traffic control (ATC) with the accompanying services. Tenders shall be submitted for a system that includes point by point Automatic Traffic Control and section by section Automatic Traffic Control.
The contract includes the camera equipment and other necessary equipment along roads, for installation in the current cabinets and infrastructure, as well as necessary systems for the servers for image processing, databases, statistics, operational tools, etc. The procurement also includes client software for operation and maintenance of the systems along roads and for the servers, as well as case management of the generated pictures.
