Short description
The contracting authority invites tenderers to apply for the award of a service concession for the service practical assistance and training, organised as user-controlled personal assistance (Norwegian: BPA).
There is no limit on the number of tenderers. All tenderers that meet the qualification requirements and minimum requirements related to the service will be awarded a concession.
