Sund & Bælt Holding A/S and Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S hereby invites suppliers to participate in a tender below the threshold for a contract regarding cyber insurance.

Sund & Bælt Holding A/S is a limited company owned by the Danish Government through the Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing. Sund & Bælt Holding A/S is responsible for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Storebælt Bridge. Furthermore Sund & Bælt Holding A/S is responsible for various port facilities and other infrastructure, including A/S Femern Landanlæg. This cyber insurance tender does not include Femern A/S – only A/S Femern Landanlæg.

Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S is owned 50/50 by the Swedish state through Svedab AB and the Danish State through A/S Øresund. Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S is responsible for the Oresund Link.

Please refer to the tender material for information about capacity (limits and retention), risk assessment, and the time and activity plan. Due to the sensitivity of the information in the tender material, the information will not be shared publicly.

Questions are to be addressed to the contact person in writing as soon as possible and no later than 4 May 2023. Marsh will gather all questions in a Q&A document which will be provided to insurers as soon as possible. It will be updated along the process.

The quoting deadline is 25 May 2023 (prolongation of deadline is NOT possible).

The quotes will be evaluated on the basis of the following combined criteria for award decision:

•Price

•Best possible terms and conditions

•Layer structure

•Incident management setup

•Financial rating

It is evaluated positively if full non-layered capacity is possible, and if preferred solutions as described in the tender material is accommodated.

There will be done an overall evaluation of the accumulated advantages and disadvantages of the received quotes in respect of pricing and terms/conditions.
