The Directorate for Higher Education and Competence (HK-dir) would like to establish parallel framework agreements with up to three tenderers that will cover the fields Drupal and SPA development.
The framework agreements may include both consultancy based on payment per hour, executing responsibility for larger projects and maintenance of developed systems.
