Vestland County (VLFK) invites suppliers to a market survey (RFI) for the procurement of laboratory services. This market survey will give Vestland County a picture of what laboratory services the market can currently deliver for our use, in addition to what can potentially be delivered in the long term. This information will contribute to forming the basis for a possible notice for a framework agreement for laboratory services in the third quarter of 2023.
The market survey will be carried out in writing, and we would like all suppliers of a possible future contest to send a completed version of Annex 1 - Requested Laboratory Services.
VLFK needs to procure laboratory analyses for sample materials from asphalt, concrete, gravel/crushed stone, and geotechnical sample material from field surveys. Field surveys, load carrying capacity measurements, and other related builder support for projects on the county road network are also a part of the service. The analysis services must be located in the Bergen area.
