Narvik municipality wants to carry out a dialogue with the market regarding the contract for the procurement of a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. We invite the market of holistic ERP systems or suppliers who can deliver complete systems in collaboration with others to participate in this market dialogue.
The objective is to identify future-oriented, innovative and efficient ERP systems that can help optimising the municipal work processes, reinforce financial management and resource management, as well as support collaboration between different departments. We are open to different dialogue procedures, depending on the scope and which suppliers are interested in participating in the pending market dialogue.
We invite interested suppliers to submit the following information:
A brief description of the system including functionality, integration options and any special adaptations for the municipal sector.
Price structure and any additional costs.
Reference clients, especial from the municipal sector as well as any experiences from corresponding projects.
The required format and scope of the market dialogue (e.g. presentation, meeting, written questions/answers).
