The aim is to develop the new mobile plant phenotyping platform at Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke). The plan is to purchase the imaging equipment for monitoring and studying plant physiology, including the following elements: (A) chlorophyll fluorescence imaging unit; (B) thermal (infrared) imaging unit; (C) RGB imaging unit; (D) imaging software and hardware (E) mobile mounting frame for the above-listed imaging devices.
Procurement is divided into two lots:
1. Plant phenotyping platform (A-D)
2. Mobile mounting frame (E)
Only one supplier will be chosen for each lot. Tenders may cover one or both lots.
The procurement entity may suspend the procurement in whole or in part for a justified reason. The Luke has right to choose any of the offers or refuse them all. The procurement entity has no obligation to purchase.
