NRK ønsker med dette å utlyse en konkurranse om kontrakt for anskaffelse av en løsning for hovedkontrollrom (continuity control rooms). Planen er å erstatte den sentrale videorouter, gjøre en av NRK kanalene HD-kapabel og forbedre arbeidsforholdene for operatørene. Systemet skal også forberedes for enkel implementering slik at ytterligere to NRK-kanaler kan gjøres HD-kapable. Dagens kontrollrom er basert på utspilling av en kanal, mens det nye systemet skal være basert på en flerkanals utspillingsløsning. Utspilling av seks kanaler skal være mulig fra kontrollplassen. Dette vil kreve et utvidet kontrollsystem og behov for en multiviewer-systemløsning.
Nytt utstyr skal installeres og tilpasses utstyr som allerede er i bruk, slik som eksisterende Pro-Bel TX-500 master control switchers.
NRK bruker nå ABit “present it” automation control system. NRK ønsker å beholde dette systemet med samme eller bedre funksjonalitet. Tilbudte løsning / produkter må derfor kunne integreres med ABit.
Konkurransen gjelder levering av utstyr, inkludert nødvendig installasjonsstøtte, brukeropplæring, vedlikeholdsopplæring, programvareoppdateringer, support og reservedeler.
Anslått tid for kontraktsinngåelse vil være maksimum en måned etter tilbudsfristen.
Forventet leveringstid for utstyret vil være august 2009.
ENGELSK:
NRK's overall objective for this tender is to establish a contract for procurement of a solution for the continuity control rooms. The aim is to replace the central video router, make one of the NRK channels HD capable and make the operating conditions more convenient to the operators. The system should be prepared for an easy implementation to make two more of the NRK channels HD capable.
The control rooms of today are single channel solutions while the new system should be a multichannel playout solution. The playout of six channels should be possible from one control site.
This will involve an extended control system and the need of a multiviewer system solution.
The equipment to be delivered will be installed and implemented with equipment already in use like the existing Pro-Bel TX-500 master control switchers.
NRK is currently using the ABit “present it” automation control system. NRK wishes to keep this automation system with the same or better functionality. The products supplied must offer integration with ABit.
This tender is for equipment delivery, including necessary installation support, user training, maintenance training, software upgrades, support and spare parts.
Estimated time of Contract initialization is expected to be maximum one month after tender deadline The expected delivery time of the equipment will be august 2009.
