Oslo kommune c/o Oslobygg KF [Oslo Municipality, c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement for emergency phone and security guard services.
The emergency and security guard services shall be delivered to the Oslobygg's health and care buildings, nurseries, sports facilities and cultural and emergency buildings.
Oslobygg has a separate scheme for the school building portfolio, where security services are performed internally. It may also be relevant for Oslobygg to expand the framework agreement to include the school buildings.
