Short description
The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ), c/o Public Procurement, intends to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of AV equipment. The framework agreement will be signed as a joint government contract that can bind approx. 195 governmental entities.
Public Procurement has prepared a draft that is deemed to be a 0.6 version (approx. 60% completed) of the requirements specification and price sheet in collaboration with users from different governmental entities. We would like to initiate suppliers' feedback on both the requirements specification and the price sheet in an early phase. It is advantageous for all parties that relevant, concrete input is given in an early phase, as the possibilities to influence are often greater.

The Directorate for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) c/o Public Procurement intends to would like to procure a joint government contract for AV equipment. A parallel framework agreement is planned with up to 3 tenderers. Together with others with a need from different government entities, approx. 60% of a completed draft of the requirements specification and price sheet has been formulated. In order to ensure that market actors can provide concrete input at an early date, the drafts are being put out for a hearing via this prior information notice. Market actors can register for a review of the 0.6 version, as well as 1-1 meetings for questions and input to Public Procurement. The review and 1-1 meetings will be held on 10.02.23.
