Short description
Through this RFI, Oslo municipality would like to identify possible ICT systems that tenderers can offer within the document and case management system connected to the set of requirements "Standard Requirement Specifications for Oslo Municipality" [Standard kravspesifikasjon for Oslo kommune], referred to as SKOK. SKOK consists of a total of 8 documents (requirement sets) with functional and technical requirements on how various purpose-built buildings should be constructed. See the detailed descriptions and work processes as well as the desired functionality in the attached documents. Tenderers are requested to provide information on and describe the possibilities they believe best see to the needs described in this RFI. This RFI is being carried out to prepare for the planned procurement of a system at a later date. However, responding to this RFI is not binding for the market participants or Oslo municipality now or in the future when the planned contest will be held.
