Short description
The contracting authority will use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer.
The purpose of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's needs for asphalt and asphalt work, for example, for new construction, re-asphalting, repair after digging culverts, or similar.
Contract notes: -The contracting authority can go outside of the agreement for turnkey contractors, etc.
