Evaluation of a pilot with municipal responsibility to arrange facilitated work for persons with a permanent reduced ability to work

The Directorate for Labour and Welfare has carried out a four-year pilot where 6 pilot municipalities were responsible for the labour market measure 'permanent facilitated work' (hereafter VTA). The aim of the pilot has been to get a basis for assessing the advantages and disadvantages of a possible transfer of responsibility for VTA from the government to the municipalities. The pilot was ended at the end of 2021. The contracting authority would now like to evaluated the pilot.
