Short description
Forbrukertilsynet intends to acquire a new archive system to improve the efficiency of work processes, increase document capture and improve information security. Forbrukertilsynet needs a free-standing NOARK 5 core, with user interface for archive assignments and APIs for integration with Forbrukertilsynet's tool for process flow. This is so that suitable processes for case management can be implemented.
