Oslo Municipality would like to procure a co-procurement contract for the hire of multi-functional machines with additional equipment and a service contract. There is a need for a new contract that covers the need of all entities in Oslo Municipality for printouts, photocopies, and scanning to email. The municipality would like to cover its needs in a more sustainable way, including reducing the impact on the climate and environment, extend the lifetime of existing equipment, repair, share, reuse, and procure more sustainable products.
