The Education Agency (UDE) in Oslo shall hold a competition for the procurement of a new school platform for the Oslo schools, and hereby invites tenderers to a market dialogue with a dialogue conference and one-on-one meetings. The purpose of this is to inform tenderers about the project, increase the understanding of our needs, and facilitate open discussions about the capabilities of the market and delivery models, as well as how the competition can be held so as to be attractive to the tenderers themselves.
The Education Agency (UDE) in Oslo shall hold a competition for the procurement of a new school platform for the Oslo schools, and hereby invites tenderers to a market dialogue with a dialogue conference and one-on-one meetings. The purpose of this notice is to inform tenderers about the project, increase the understanding of our needs, and facilitate open discussions about the capabilities of the market and delivery models, as well as how the contest can be held to be attractive to the tenderers.
Part of the project will be the management, operation, maintenance and development of the platform and associated services during its lifetime to strengthen the digitalisation of the Oslo schools. Life cycle costs, development of the service portfolio and digitalisation of communication/collaboration between teachers, pupils and guardians shall therefore be key topics in the market dialogue.
A dialogue is wanted with potential tenderers who can supply:
• a comprehensive and broad service portfolio
• System Integrator/Service Integrator
• Digital units
• Application services that can strengthen the digitisation of school activities with special emphasise of communication and collaboration between students, teachers and guardians
A dialogue conference will be held on 30 November at 08.30-10.00, Svovelstikka 1–3. One-on-one meetings will be held in the period from 5 to 19 December. A more thorough market dialogue will be organised with a number of tenderers in the period 31.1-17.3.2023, with a tentative duration of 2-3 days per tenderer.
