Short description
This is a new publication of a call for competition for a cancelled call for competition ref number 2022-911369.
The competition is equivalent to the former competition, with the exception of the requirement for response time during the warranty period.
Oslo Municipality, c/o BYM, owns ten measuring stations for local air quality. From September 2022 BYM will also take over the operation of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's six measuring stations that are located in Oslo. This framework agreement will ensure that the official measurements of air pollution in Oslo and associated data meets the quality requirements in the pollution regulations. The framework agreement will be non-exclusive.
BYM will first procure three instruments:
• One SO2-monitor
• One NOx-monitor
• One PM-monitor
