Sporveien AS would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for auditing services. The framework agreement will have a duration of two years with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further two years. Sporveien AS has an auditing obligation and is on the same terms as other companies as regards the requirements in the Accounting Act and the Companies Act. All of the group's companies have are obliged to pay tax. The board in the parent company has set up an Auditing Committee that expects to have a close dialogue and reports from the auditor. In addition to the statutory auditing, Sporveien AS requires assistance from auditing resources or key persons with annual closing and consultancy services and/or legal assistance for fields within tax and duties and financial assessments.
