Short description
The Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Fisheries (NFD) would like to enter into a contract for a research project that will analyse risk and vulnerability connected to the global supply lines for important input factors, raw goods, and products that are imported to Norway and that come under the ministry's sector responsibility. Based on an assessment of risk and essentiality, the analysis ought to start with the supply chains for selected imported food products and input factors for the chemical process industry.
Furthermore, such a review ought to look at what input factors, raw goods, and products are vital for the production of food and diet for the population. The legal basis must also be assessed in this connection.
The final report is to be submitted by 16.06.2023. Provisional findings and results must be reported by 28 April 2023 at the latest.
The estimated contract value is NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
