The service will be provided by the tenderer offering the final user payment services in its application. Remuneration consists of a mark-up on the Agency of Urban Environment's stipulated parking rates. The tenderer will have the full risk for demand, the contract is therefore announced as a service concession.
In order to have good competition, the Agency for Urban Environment intends to enter into a contract for a concession with up to five qualified tenderers for a payment system for parking charges.
