Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT) [The Norwegian Police Shared Services] is conducting a market survey (RFI) on behalf of the police regarding observation equipment for use both day and night (light and dark). This includes hand-held and helmet-mounted observation equipment such as binoculars, night binoculars/night optics and thermal binoculars.
