The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Department for Building and Real Estate (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority] requests tenders for the delivery of software, equipment and service, maintenance and support services to our Lenel OnGuard access control and security system. The Contracting Authority must at all times have a robust, flexible, well-functioning and future-oriented access control and security system, for ensuring e.g. buildings, employees and assets. An important objective of the contract is also to achieve a uniform and standard design of the Contracting Authority's access and security systems, as well as to extract benefits from large scale operations.
