The aim of the procurement is to establish a new framework agreement for books (printed) and digital teaching aids for schools. This also includes a licence administration tool for optimising procurements/licensing.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured for NOK 34,000,000 excluding VAT a year in the recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 165 million excluding VAT.
