- Alteration of the current Water and Sewage pipeline.

- Preparation for a new surface for the nursery's new parking area.
- Alteration of a cycle path with accompanying pedestrian crossings from Myklaberglia towards the culvert under fv. (County road) 510.
- Alteration of a cycle path with accompanying pedestrian crossing along fv. (County road) 510, Nesbuveien.
- Establishment of a retaining wall with noise reduction walls between the outdoor area of the new Røyneberg nursery and the new pedestrian and cycle path along Nesbuveien.
