Framework agreement - Purchase of legal services (litigation assignments) related to contract and construction law in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration The framework agreement shall also include ongoing consulting for cases related to contract and construction law that could potentially become a dispute before the courts, as well as lectures and courses to ensure transfer of experience from litigation and consultancy assignments in disputes within the above jurisdiction.
The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 tenderers.
The agreement period is from 01.11.2022 until 30.10.2025. The contracting authority has an option for extending the contract for 1 year, so that the total possible agreement period is 4 years.
