Sirkulær Bestiller AS would like to procure a circular system for processing food waste that is collected from households. The contract, which is split into three sub-procurements, includes food waste from Renovasjon i Grenland IKS (RiG, Renovasjonsselskapet for Drammensregionen (RfD), Vestfold Avfall and Ressurs AS (Vesar). The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with one tenderer and requires that the food waste is processed in a facility with biogas production.
