Short description
The Norwegian Roads Administration is considering procuring a queue/customer management system for roughly half of the country's 72 traffic stations. Many of the traffic stations have such systems today, but they are compatible with the appointment system to varying degrees and some of them are outdated.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration wants to hold an open dialogue with the market about the current need and possible solutions, as well as possible set-up of a future procurement and contract. The purpose of the dialogue is primarily information collection in the form of this request for information (RFI).
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like a technical solution that can handle customer queues at the busiest traffic stations in an effective way with minimal manual intervention from the counter staff.
