The participating municipalities would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one Tenderer.
The objective of the Contract is to cover the Contracting Authority’s need for occupational health services. The tenderer must be a resource, and an advisory body in relation to health, environment and safety work, and shall contribute to managers on all levels safeguarding their HSE responsibility.
This tender contest is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations' Part I and IV, and follows the procedures according to Part II, open tender contest.
The tender contest is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations III.
