Gatedalen environmental facility in Sarpsborg municipality shall enter into a framework agreement that includes recycling of impregnated wood.
The contracting authority´s independent companies.
Other municipal entities, including all official legal bodies and associations, cf. the definition in the Public Procurement Act §2, will have the right, but not an obligation, to join the framework agreement.
If, during the contract period, the municipality turns part of its activities into a 100% owned limited company, or establishes new companies, the new companies will also have the right, but not an obligation, to enter into an agreement on the same terms as the municipality.
