Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Waste Management and Recycling (REG), hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of transport services for liquid bio-fertiliser from Romerike biogassanlegg (RBA).
The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers that will carry out transport services with tank lorries/tractors.
Each tenderer in the three parallel framework agreements will be guaranteed minimum 25% of the produced volume during the contract period.
Tenderers must have the capacity, available personnel, material, and necessary competence, as well as the necessary certifications from public authorities to carry out this type of assignment.
