Short description
The tender contest concerns the renovation of Breidablik school, Building South - Automation work
The total value is approx. NOK 50,000,000 excluding VAT. The value of this contract is approx. NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
The project shall be carried out as a divided contract, in accordance with NS8405, for the following contracts:
- Principal contract; construction work for buildings
- Plumbing work
- Ventilation work
- Electrical work
- Lift
- Automation work (this tender contest)
If the project is not in accordance with the approved budgets, political approval, no start-up permit is granted, or if there are other objective reasons for canceling the tender contest, the contracting authority reserves the right to reject all tenders.
