Luster Municipality invites tenderers to an open contest for the delivery of building measures in connection with reconstruction/rehabilitation of the former Luster Sixth Form School. Contract form: Preliminary engineering design services with coordinated technical engineering design services. Administration of the construction site is assigned to the building contractor, cf. NS 8405 section 16.3. Summary of the procurement Rebuilding of the former Luster Sixth Form School into a nursery and school/cultural functions. Existing building: The main part of the building was constructed in 1957. An addition for administrative functions was constructed in 2001. Ground area: 1150 m². Number of floors: 3. Total area: 2920 m² Structures: Walls/columns and coverings for concrete cast on site. Wooden roof construction.
