The Agency for Education would like to enter into a contract with a bus company that can transport 96 pupils from Berg School to Engebråten School daily. Only pupils at Berg School that are affected by the renovation require transport, and the contract will only apply for this school.
The Agency for Education would like the bus company to provide a bus(es) that covers the number of pupils every morning, so that we can ensure that the pupils get to Engebråten School in good time before the start of the school day. In the school year 22/23, 34 pupils are transported in the 9th year, and up to 62 pupils in the 8th year. It cannot be assumed that both years start at the same time, or that the buses can be reused. This must be adapted after the contract has been awarded.
The time and the number of pupils can vary somewhat in the contract period. Tenderers must be able to use larger buses or more buses if required.
