The framework agreement shall cover Nord University's need for advice and consultancy services for the current properties, current reconstruction/alteration in the property portfolio, applications to the public sector, project managers for larger and smaller projects, exercise independent inspections and be Nord's builder's representative for larger and smaller measures. The agreement includes campuses/places of study in Bodø, Mo i Rana, Levanger, Steinkjer, Stjørdal, Namsos, Nesna and Stokmarknes.
