Asker Municipality is preparing to establish a recycling centre in Slemmestad. The digital solution being requested in this competition will support the center and otherwise stimulate increased usage. See part II of the Competition documentation annex 1 - general description. The procurement includes the development of a solution, with the option for ongoing operation and maintenance.
