The aim of the procurement is to replace the existing learning platform and author tool that will cover the Oslo schools' need for a digital system for the implementation and production of digital learning. This system is meant for teachers, school employees, school managers, and administrative employees in the Agency for Education. A system for digital learning that will contribute to increased implementation of courses, give possibilities to extract reports, and results, as well as be cost efficient by offering digital courses. The platform will be an arena for knowledge that contributes to building competent employees, both in the schools and amongst administrative employees. The estimated annual volume is approx. NOK 2.5 million, and the total contract value is NOK 10 million. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer.
