Short description
The purpose of the market dialogue (RFI) is to receive feedback from suppliers and investigate what service offers for Common Interface (CI) are available in the market. Before holding a contest for a new agreement, Bane NOR would like to get an overview of the current situation, as well as what will be the future needs and possibilities in the market. The goal is to uncover whether there are suppliers that offer CI as a cloud service, and then procure one of them. At the same time, the RFI process shall facilitate for real competition between the service providers, including ensuring principles of non-discrimination, predictability and competition.
