Short description
OsloMet c/o the Property Department would like to procure a MOMD system that will contribute to good control of the buildings, planned maintenance, cleaning, deviation registration and follow-up of deviations, as well as drafting basis and internal rent.
OsloMet has almost 180,000 m2 in Oslo and Lillestrøm. The majority is rented by private actors on long-term contracts.
An ongoing service contract will be signed with one tenderer.
