Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration], hereafter called the contracting authority, wants tenders for preparation and distribution of information campaign about digital self-service solutions and voluntary de-registration. The objective of the procurement is: 1) Increase the use of self-service systems in the traffic user and vehicle area, which is currently located on our websites. 2) Inform the clients and public about introduction of voluntary de-registration - From May/June 2022 we plan to introduce voluntary de-registration without handing in vehicle registration plates. Instead of physically handing in the registration plates in order to de-register the vehicle the customers can now de-register/register the vehicle digitally at vegvesen.no. The scheme may be desirable for vehicles that are only used for parts of the year, or if there are periods the owner does not need to use the vehicle.
