INSS has held a tender contest where the objective was to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - tenderer for the delivery of medicines, multidose, and pharmacy products for the municipalities participating in the procurement. The scope of the contract is uncertain and neither INSS or the municipalities have any purchase obligation as regards the volume of this procurement. The contract period will be 2 years, with an option for 1+1 year.
