Short description
The procurement comprises conference packages with overnighting and day packages without overnighting.
The procurement does not technically include political meetings in the county council with underlying committees. However, they have the right to enter into the agreement if so wish.
The contracting authority has the option to use the agreement for single nights that are not connected to conferences.
