Avinor AS intends to enter into a contract with Siemens AS for upgrading of building SRO at Oslo Lufthavn [Oslo Airport] from Siemens Desigo Insight to Siemens Desigo CC. The SRO system is supplied and operated by Siemens AS.
Access to licenses and software, including source codes is required to perform the upgrade. As only Siemens has these accesses, it is not possible for other suppliers to carry out the assignment. Pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulation § 9-3 (1) letter b no. 3, Avinor intends to enter into a contract with Siemens AS.
