Short description
Sporveien AS wants a main bank contract that meets the group’s need for ordinary bank services in the period 01.05.2022 - 01.05.2025 with an option to extend for a further one year + one year. This involves covering the group’s need for an accounts system (including group account system), deposits, contract and willingness guarantees, as well as overdraft facilities (up to NOK 400 million). Sporveien AS will not provide security for the overdraft facility. The bank must also guarantee that employees' tax deductions are made without requiring a separate tax deduction account. Furthermore, the bank must also provide the necessary tools to be able to implement exchanges transactions in the form of spot transactions. The contract has a three year duration with an option to extend for one year + one year.
